Trust is a requirement for all high performing teams that are engaged and innovative. In this 3-part intensive, your team will explore the tools used for creating a trust-based culture. This program was built on the scientific way to build trust to support quicker learning and implementation. The awareness that we all have bias allows a greater understanding of daily interactions; this unfolds into experiencing vulnerability as a catalyst to accelerate trust.
