Building an Internal Culture team ensures your culture and strategic initiatives are aligned and gain traction throughout the organization. Culture sessions with Consilio and internally provide the space and time for your team to grow together as your culture adapts and morphs. Team members expand their skill sets by focusing on where their individual growth can meet their organization’s needs.
Foundation
The foundation of the Initiative is pivoting to a strengths-based work environment using StrengthsFinder. We see it as a way to conduct business that magnifies team dynamics via high performance. At the same time, we bring a hyper-focus to individual leadership development at every level. The culture team will learn how to leverage StrengthsFinder as a tool to increase awareness of talents to amplify team productivity, engagement, and prevent burnout.
