Who We Are
Rochelle DeLong, an Idaho native, is founder of Consilio Business Managers and Perfect Order. Combining her background in organizational development, family business education and experience, and innate business sense, Rochelle helps identify the gaps – in companies and in personal lives. Once these gaps are discovered, she partners with her clients to develop success plans, where people become the CEOs they envision for their lives and businesses.
Rochelle’s passion is to find the qualities that ‘glue’ groups together and build on those bonds to facilitate effective, efficient, and cohesive teams.
Currently living in Boise with her husband, two sons, two Chesapoodles and the cat, you can reach Rochelle at (208) 409-1614, rochelle@thinkconsilio.com or Twitter.
Kara Rasmussen, Director, supports both her colleagues and clients with business coaching and accounting analysis. She helped develop "The 7 Elements of Business Management" believing planning and purpose are the key resources for business.
Kara is adept at developing processes and documentation to efficiently run administrative and accounting systems. She is often called upon to help improve paper flow, time management, and create recordkeeping systems that are simple and run smoothly.
Kara earned her B.S. in Accountancy from Boise State University. Her diverse experience allows her to easily comprehend the needs of self-employed business owners as well as large corporations. "I love working with a wide range of passionate business people and learning about their unique style. You would be surprised how many similarities there are in business management procedures regardless of the size of the business."
Kara is a native Boisean and is married with two children. In her "free time" (the concept makes her chuckle, as she has 2 small children) Kara enjoys scrapbooking and creating her fantasy backyard on their half acre. You can reach Kara at kara@thinkconsilio.com, (208) 866-5407, or Twitter.

What Lori Davies loves most about organizing is the satisfaction of making a positive difference in someone's life. Lori is the Director of Perfect Order (our sister company). She helps her Consilio colleagues by bringing order to business people's personal lives. She has tamed paper piles, brought order to garages, and helped families manage the challenges of life. She is a teacher of organization and loves to help her clients organize their homes and offices. She serves as the Idaho Ambassador for the NAPO."When I was a kid I wanted to be an archeologist. I love learning and discovery." Lori feeds that passion by "unearthing" everything she can to understand her clients' needs through the careful analysis of their unique environment--on the path to crafting solutions for them.
Growing up on a farm Lori learned about decision-making early, where money was tight and ingenuity a survival skill. One of her jobs was helping to decide what to toss and what to keep for future repairs or inventions. She also was in charge of making sure everything was in its place so they could be found quickly . Now, being the mom of 2 young children, Lori knows how easy it can be for kids and their things to dominate a family's lifestyle. She has created many functional systems that have worked time and time again for her clients and their families.
Lori holds a B.S. in Athletic Training and a Certificate in Physical Education & Health from Boise State. Lori uses her experience with rehabilitation to coach her clients through their challenges with much empathy. She is passionate about helping others find balance through organization.
